Mokoša

Mokoša is a Slovak brand focused on processing and promoting sheep’s wool from domestic farms. Its goal is to bring Slovak wool back to the market by selling yarns, carded wool, and wool-processing tools that come exclusively from Slovakia. The brand emphasizes locality, a direct relationship between the producer and the customer, and support for domestic wool processors. Part of its activities also includes developing cooperation with sheep farmers and promoting the fair purchase of high-quality wool from humane farming practices. Mokoša also promotes the concept of blended wool, which allows for better utilization of the properties of different types of wool and contributes to the revival of traditional crafts and the sustainable use of natural resources.
