Glovaťáková Monika

Monika Glovatáková has been practicing her craft since 2021, when she began processing Slovak sheep’s wool using traditional methods. She sources her wool from local sheep near Babej Mountain. She specializes in spinning on a spinning wheel, felting, and knitting with needles. Her product range includes felted slippers, bags, handbags, magnets, ornaments, and dryer balls. She also creates knitted socks, headbands, and hats. Every product is handmade with an emphasis on quality and traditional techniques. In this way, Monika supports local craftsmanship and sustainable wool production.
