Bohempia designs and manufactures barefoot footwear, clothing, and accessories from natural and sustainable materials, primarily hemp fibers. The products are crafted in small workshops across the EU, with final finishing taking place in a studio in Prague. Hemp is durable, antibacterial, hypoallergenic, and effectively regulates moisture and temperature, ensuring comfortable and functional products. The brand has gradually expanded its sales to international markets, including the US and Japan. In 2024, Bohempia ceased production of hemp clothing due to low demand and limited production capacity. Since then, it has focused primarily on barefoot shoes, which remain popular. The products combine sustainability, quality, and design made in the EU.
