WEBEREI HOHENBERGER GMBH

The history of the company dates back to 1884, when it was founded by Heinrich Hohenberger. Since then, the family business has been developing - in 1949 it switched from hand weaving to mechanized technologies, and in 1979 an independent company, Weberei Hohenberger GmbH, was created. Throughout history, Thomas Hohenberger and Sabine Weidner‑Dietel have taken over the management, thus maintaining the continuity of the family tradition and craftsmanship. Weberei Hohenberger specializes in the production of exclusive fabrics and textiles, especially lambswool and cashmere scarves, fine fashion fabrics and soft blankets. A significant part of the production consists of custom ("private label") pieces - the company offers the design and production of fabrics according to the client's individual requirements.
