EIHA – European Industrial Hemp Association

EIHA (European Industrial Hemp Association) is the only pan-European association that represents the industrial hemp industry. It buys farmers, processors and producers who work with different parts of the plant - fibres, pith (shives), seeds, leaves and cannabinoids. The goal of EIHA is to influence European hemp policy, provide accurate and reliable information to decision-makers at EU and national government level, and at the same time promote the sustainable use of hemp in various sectors. The main areas of interest include the use of hemp in construction materials, textiles, plastics, biocomposites, cosmetics, feed, food and nutritional supplements. EIHA has members in 25 EU countries and a further 12 non-EU countries, including North America and Asia.
