Peter Czako - Chateau Malanta

ChateauMalanta is a small family winery based in the village of Nitrianske Hrnčiarovce. Their winemaking roots go back to the family tradition — they consider the old heritage of growing vines and making wine in the family to be the basis. The winery manages its own vineyards with an area of ​​approximately 1 hectare; however, due to limited production, he often supplements the raw material by purchasing grapes from certified growers in the region who guarantee suitable climate and soil conditions. The production process at ChateauMalanta emphasizes traditional and careful processing: controlled fermentation and classic winemaking methods are used in order to preserve the quality and original character of the wine. The range of wines is varied — it includes white, rosé and red wines, varietals and cuvées — and the winery tries to reflect the terroir of the region. ChateauMalanta presents itself as a representative of authentic Nitrian viticulture — with an emphasis on quality, tradition, vineyard care and an honest product.
