carpet weaving
Carpet weaving commonly used textile remnants, wool yarn, hemp threads, or linen threads. In guba production, a traditional craft focused on long-pile woolen blankets and garments, high-quality sheep wool was sorted according to fiber length and quality. Long wool locks were used to create the pile, while shorter fibers were used for the warp and weft.
