Čaňová Ingrid

She has been working on the craft since 2015. Using the wet felting technique, she mainly creates clothes - vests and dresses, but also clothing accessories - gloves, wristbands, or children's slippers. She gained knowledge about the craft in the course, but also through literature and her own experience. She exhibited her products at several exhibitions in her surroundings – Felt Etudes at the Arteska Art House in Detva – 2019, Fleece – its transformation at the Zvolen Cultural Center in the Old Town Hall – 2021, Exhibition of lace and felt products at the civic association Tulipán in Detva – 2022, Textile creation 2023 at the NBS Gallery, Museum of Coins and Medals in Kremnica. She is a participant of craft fairs as part of the Folklore Festival under Poľana in Detva. In the past, she worked with ÚĽUV as a lecturer of holiday courses for children at the RCR in Banská Bystrica.
