Swaledale

It originates from the Swaledale sheep breed from Yorkshire and northern England, where these sheep are known for their resilience in harsh mountainous conditions. The wool is elastic, strong, holds its shape well, and dries quickly. It is used for making carpets, mats, upholstery, thick blankets, work socks, bags, durable fabrics, and for both dry and wet felting.
