Teeswater

It is a British sheep breed originating from the Teesdale area in northeastern England, and today it is considered rare and classified as an endangered breed. The fibre is very strong, durable, and elastic, with excellent longevity. It is mainly used for hand spinning and weaving luxury yarns, producing scarves, shawls, sweaters, coats, artistic textiles, art yarns, dolls, wigs, decorations, and special effects in textile design thanks to its exceptional length, sheen, and elasticity.
