Hrča Martin

He graduated from the Clothing Design Studio at the Academy of Fine Arts in Bratislava. His work shows a fascination with nature and humility towards traditional materials, which he approaches with a contemporary investigative approach, emphasis on detail and manual, thorough processing of clothing. He builds each collection on a specific theme, which he develops in the form of several models. Refinedly combines the animal naturalness and wildness of nature with a touch of luxury and magnificence. He mainly uses wool, linen and silk from natural materials. Martin Hrča wants to emphasize that even traditional, rough material can be processed creatively in a sophisticated design and with a contemporary expression.
